Just wanted to say I'm grateful for your webinar for FSBOs.. My target audience didn't have much going on through Craigslist - but I tapped into zillow and sent out 12 emails saying this:
Quick question – If I were to bring you a buyer, would you be willing to pay my commission with a successful closing?

Results: Within an hour or so I received 1 phone call (telling me they had just listed with another agent, so yes, commission is covered.. lol)
and 3 emails - 1 asking just what did I mean as far as amount of commission and the other 2 saying yes we would be willing to do that.
I have sent out many emails to the make me mover and fsbo's on zillow - this is the first time I have had ANY results..
I bought the system yesterday and watched the first 5 videos. I sent out 10 craigslist email today and had 7 responses already. Now I need to go to the next step. Just thought I would share.

Hey Mike, Steve Bunch here. I went out last Saturday and Monday. Talked to about 12 people out of 20 targets.. I have already listed 1 had an interview with another fsbo who is very interested and had 3 other get responses for a possible interviews. It's a great course that has helped me get more business.

Just wanted to share, I set a preview appointment for a million dollar listing using the script on the first contact. Now, to convert him into a listing (or a listing consult) on Thursday!
Mike, It came a little too late to announce in the class, but I just got word that my first FSBO will be ready to sign the first week of April. He is just 1/4 mile from my home and that will be my springboard to mount a very aggressive marketing campaign here, right round my home!!! Thanks for giving me the materials and the confidence to go out and try!

Between yesterday and this morning I made 33 FSBO and EXP calls, resulting in 6 new prospects that want me to stay in touch and 2 appointments.
One is a FSBO wanting to save on commission but might consider a discount broker. I totally turned him around using the Rolex Watch example you shared with how a good full service listing markets better, broadening his buyer base and demand computing to more value and much higher rate of success than FSBO and discount brokers and also suggested that he focus more on his NET at closing rather than the commission because we negotiate better.

Want a quick way to generate some seller leads to work? I sent out Mike Stott's Email 1 to 89 FSBO sellers on Craigslist late yesterday. I received 73 responses by 10 am this morning! (82% response rate - are you kidding me?) If there was a name listed on the ad, I addressed them by it. The subject line I used was "Your home (or land, whatever they were selling) for sale on Craigslist" This took me about 40 minutes to send out 89 emails (set up a template to save yourself time). I also always copied the ad link in my email so I always knew which property they were emailing me back about. Now on to converting using tips from Mike Stott's Zero Resistance FSBO's.

Just wanted to share a win... It was a long term win... I viewed a FSBO over 2 years ago when I first moved to the area I'm living in. He was selling a $350k condo privately. Turns out he sold it on his own. But, we stayed in contact, became friends, and 2 years later he called me to list his $520k home, is leasing a property for a year, then buying a $900k home next year. FSBO's are definitely the fastest source of business opportunities, but also an excellent long term strategy!

Mike, I really liked your class. Since 1/28, our 1st class, I've set 10 appointments. My broker then goes out and sells them in person. Haven't gotten to the email campaign yet.
